RETURN POLICY
At Zulls Hair Collection, we are committed to delivering high-quality, ready-to-wear wigs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers have 24 hours to cancel their order after it has been placed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within this time frame. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted as we strive to keep our operations running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding!
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. All change requests will be reviewed and approved at the store owner's discretion. We strive to accommodate your requests whenever possible.
REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds will be issued to the customer's original form of payment. The processing time for refunds will depend on the customer's financial institution.
PROCESSING TIME
As I handle all orders personally, units may take a bit longer to process. I advise ordering as early as possible to avoid any issues. If you need a unit by a specific time, please let me know, and I'll be happy to work with you! 🤍
Ready-to-Ship Units: Allow 3-5 days for your order to ship.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped with USPS. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Fee Includes: Full insurance in case USPS misplaces your package. If a package gets lost, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. Zulls Hair Collection is not liable.
Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes 1-4 business days to arrive, depending on the customer's location. Express shipping is offered at checkout.
